On Tuesday night, we opened Normanby Wellington, our newest store—a retail space and wine bar within the Gallery at Webb’s on Marion Street.

Guests enjoyed a selection of wines including Domaine de la Bretauche, Whispering Angel Rosé poured from magnums, Domaine Jean Dauvissat Chablis 2023, and Château Haut-Roc 2016 from Saint-Émilion. Hennessy XO was also served from a three-litre bottle, poured using a fussière, the traditional pipette used in Cognac.

Alongside the wines, we shared a selection from our menu, featuring bread from Shelly Bay Bakery and our much-loved cheesecake, with many of the fine ingredients sourced from Sabato.
