cost of the planet.


That’s why we’re committed to thoughtful, sustainable choices, every day. Our kitchen works toward zero food waste, sourcing ingredients with care and partnering with local producers to reduce packaging and excess.
Cocktails are batched and bottled in reusable glass, while packaging across the board is recycled or recyclable. Much of our furniture, crockery, and cutlery is second-hand, found through the Webb’s Estate department or sourced from local shops. Even our fridges run on low-emission technology.
We’re creating a space that looks after the future as much as it celebrates the present, redefining what sustainability can look like in the world of fine wine and elevated hospitality.
