Vineyards stretch across more than 1,400 hectares in the Mâcon-Lugny, Mâcon-Villages, Mâcon-Chardonnay, and Crémant de Bourgogne appellations, with parcels planted on ancient Jurassic limestone and marl. The region’s temperate climate and rolling hills provide ideal conditions for Chardonnay — yielding fruit with freshness, texture, and soft minerality. Mâcon-Villages offers orchard fruit and chalky lift, while Crémant de Bourgogne Brut is fresh and creamy, with citrus, brioche, and a finely beaded mousse.
