Located in Cérons, in the heart of Bordeaux’s historic Graves appellation, Château Peyrat is a charming wine estate surrounded by 17 hectares of vineyards and greenery. Its name comes from the local dialect word for “stone”, reflecting the distinctive limestone and gravel soils that have long shaped the character of this remarkable property.

A new chapter began in 2014 when three wine professionals, Aurélien Dulor, Ludovic Martial and Damien Martial, came together with a shared ambition to revive the estate. Drawing on years of experience in the Bordeaux wine industry, they brought together 27 passionate investors who shared their vision of preserving the region’s winemaking heritage while developing the château’s potential.

The estate enjoys a distinctive natural setting, with the nearby Garonne River creating a favourable microclimate. Its varied soils and carefully maintained vineyards provide the foundation for wines known for their freshness, elegance and sense of place. Respect for nature is central to the château’s philosophy, with an emphasis on maintaining healthy soils, encouraging biodiversity and allowing the vines to develop naturally.

Today, Château Peyrat reflects the passion and dedication of the people behind it. Combining traditional Bordeaux values with a thoughtful, modern approach, the estate continues to build its reputation while remaining true to the land and heritage that make it special.
