The estate comprises around 20 hectares of old, ungrafted Riesling vines, planted on some of the Mosel’s most revered sites: Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Ürziger Würzgarten, Bernkasteler Lay, and Erdener Prälat, among others. These steep, south-facing vineyards rest on ancient slate soils that impart signature minerality and electric tension. Vineyard work is meticulous — hand-harvested, low-intervention, with an increasing shift toward sustainable and regenerative practices.
