The estate vineyards are located in Spoltore, in the Colline Pescaresi IGT and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC zones, where limestone and clay soils meet cool Adriatic breezes — ideal conditions for freshness, structure, and long hang time. Farming is fully certified organic, with an emphasis on biodiversity, cover crops, and low-impact viticulture that respects both tradition and ecology. Each parcel is harvested separately and vinified according to its natural rhythm, with a focus on preserving site identity.

In the cellar, winemaking is clean and restrained. Montepulciano d’Abruzzo is the core varietal, vinified in stainless steel or large oak casks depending on the cuvée.
