Riedel
RIEDEL—an icon of craftsmanship with a legacy that spans nearly three centuries. Founded in the heart of northern Bohemia in 1756, RIEDEL has remained a family-owned brand, now led by the 11th generation. From its origins with Johann Christoph Riedel to the innovative leadership of Georg and Maximilian J. Riedel, each generation has carried forward a tradition of excellence in glassmaking.
RIEDEL is celebrated around the world for pioneering the concept of varietal-specific glassware—elegantly designed to enhance the taste, aroma, and overall experience of wine and spirits. After relocating to Kufstein, Austria in 1955, the brand cemented its place as a leader in the world of crystal glassware.
In 2004, RIEDEL expanded its reach and expertise by acquiring the esteemed glassmakers NACHTMANN and SPIEGELAU, further establishing its position as one of the largest and most respected crystal glass manufacturers globally.
From hand-blown masterpieces to precision-made machine-crafted stemware, RIEDEL’s commitment to innovation and tradition makes every pour a celebration of wine’s full potential.
