Seresin is one of Marlborough’s quiet originals—founded in 1992 by cinematographer Michael Seresin, who brought a director’s eye for detail and a deep respect for nature to the vineyard. The wines are elegant, savoury and food-friendly, often with a slightly wild edge. Sauvignon Blanc is a standout—less about punchy fruit, more about layers and restraint. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Riesling also shine, showing precision and a sense of place.

All fruit comes from the Seresin estate in the Wairau Valley, where everything is farmed by hand. Native cover crops, composting, and natural ferments are part of the philosophy—it’s wine grown with care, not just made in the cellar.
