Les Caillerets is one of Volnay’s most refined sites, and this shows in the wine’s structure. Fermented naturally and aged with restraint in French oak, it is linear and focused. Very fine tannins and a pronounced mineral line give it tension and length. This is a more restrained, elegant expression—less about weight, more about purity, detail, and persistence on the finish.
