At Normanby, our love of great food sits naturally alongside our passion for fine wine. As a newcomer to the scene, we’ve taken inspiration from everywhere—kitchens and cellars, conversations and magazines, chefs and winemakers. For many of our team, Cuisine has been part of that journey: from time spent in three-hatted restaurants to thumbing through back issues, following the judges’ notes, and chasing down those coveted five-star bottles.

This year, we’ve had the privilege of working with the Cuisine team to raise a glass to their first-ever 5★ wine collection—a limited release of just 100 boxes of each case.

Each collection captures the wines that stopped the judges in their tracks. There are no shortcuts and no compromises: these wines earned their place purely on quality. From there, Liz took the full cohort of five-star winners for the year and curated them into three thoughtful, seasonal cases—summer favourites, bottles for celebration, and a selection of cellar-worthy treats.

These cases reflect everything we value at Normanby: generosity, balance, curiosity, and a quiet respect for craftsmanship. They’re a rare opportunity to own a snapshot of Cuisine's wines for the year, shaped by independent judging and brought together with care.
