Normanby Fine Wines

Normanby is turning one

It’s a moment we’ve been looking forward to — a chance to pause and reflect on what has been an incredible first year. More importantly, it’s a chance to say thank you. For the support, the conversations, and the shared bottles, we’re genuinely grateful to have you with us.

One night didn’t feel like enough, so we’re celebrating across the entire month.

Tuesday 5th May (Wellington) & Thursday 7th May (Auckland — sold out)
Tutored tastings exploring The Two Hills of Sangiovese: Rufina vs Classicobookings available online.

Saturday 9th May
From 1–3pm, where Zane and Tom will be pouring a small selection from Domaine Joseph Voillot.

We’ll be tasting the Volnay Vieilles Vignes 2023 alongside the Beaune 1er Cru Aux Coucherias 2023 — a relaxed opportunity to explore two expressive Burgundy wines and spend a little time discovering what makes them so appealing.

Sunday 10th May

Mother’s Day at Normanby. Lilbert Champagne available at $20 per glass. Bookings available in Auckland via email.

Thursday 14th May
Veuve Clicquot x Jacquemus Champagne tasting in the Webb’s Auckland Gallery. To mark the arrival of Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2018 Limited Edition by Simon Porte Jacquemus, we invite you to join us for a special tasting dedicated to this remarkable cuvée. This is an opportunity to explore La Grande Dame across a range of vintages — each offering its own expression of the House style, shaped by time, season, and careful craftsmanship.
