Cooked agave, citrus, and ripe tropical fruit are layered with notes of vanilla, honey, and gentle oak. Rested for around eight months in ex-bourbon barrels, the palate is smooth and well-balanced, combining sweet agave, light caramel, baking spice, and a touch of pepper. The finish is soft, fresh, and lingering, making it equally enjoyable neat, on the rocks, or in a premium Margarita or Paloma.
