Chardonnay around the World - Wellington (30 July)

Chardonnay remains one of the world’s most compelling grape varieties, capable of reflecting place with remarkable clarity. From the limestone soils of Burgundy and Chablis to the maritime influence of Margaret River and many climates between, this tasting explores how site, climate and winemaking shape the expression of a single variety.

Across eight wines, we’ll move through both classic and emerging Chardonnay regions, comparing styles that range from mineral and finely structured to generous and richly textured. A rare opportunity to taste some of the world’s most respected Chardonnay benchmarks alongside outstanding New Zealand examples.
