A powerful yet beautifully poised Central Otago Pinot Noir. The nose gradually opens to reveal dark cherry, blackberry and plum, layered with violet, dried herbs, warm spice and subtle oak. Silky tannins frame a concentrated core of dark fruit, while notes of clove, cinnamon, liquorice and forest floor add savoury complexity. Elegant and structured, with excellent freshness and a long, textural finish.
