The nose is fresh and grain-forward, opening with green apple, rhubarb, and tinned pineapple, alongside grassy and herbal notes. On the palate, bright citrus, melon, and apple flavours combine with hints of agave, white pepper, and vanilla. A subtle earthiness and nuttiness add dimension. The finish is medium, featuring citrus zest, almonds, and gentle oak spice. A lively and slightly unconventional expression.
