Fresh citrus and white peach lead the way in this Grand Cru Chablis, followed by layers of lemon curd, green apple, and a touch of pear. Sourced from 1.43 hectares in Vaudésir, the wine is grown on classic Kimmeridgian soils rich in limestone and fossilised oysters, bringing a distinct mineral character. Fermented mostly in stainless steel with 8% in oak barrels, it’s aged for 18 months on fine lees for added texture and depth. The result is a wine of finesse and precision—creamy, yet lifted by bright acidity and a saline edge. Subtle notes of white flowers, fresh butter, and crushed stone linger on the finish, offering a beautifully layered expression of site, soil, and careful craftsmanship.
