Ripe peach, poached pear and candied citrus open into brioche, almond and white flowers. Made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Cramant Grand Cru, the 2017 combines creamy depth with fine Extra Brut tension, chalky minerality and a long, saline finish. Seven years on lees adds impressive complexity without dulling the freshness, giving a serious, vinous Blanc de Blancs with both immediate appeal and excellent ageing potential.
