Red cherry, redcurrant and citrus meet brioche, roasted hazelnut and fine spice in this structured, mature Grand Cru Champagne. The cool 2013 vintage brings excellent natural acidity, while Verzenay's chalky Montagne de Reims terroir gives power and mineral drive. Fine bubbles support a dense yet precise palate, finishing long, saline and savoury. The magnum format adds further ageing potential to an already serious, gastronomic Champagne.
