Eric Bordelet Poire (330ml)

Fresh pear, white blossom and delicate orchard fruit combine with fine natural bubbles and bright, refreshing acidity. Produced by former sommelier Eric Bordelet from traditional perry pears grown organically in southern Normandy, this smaller-format Poire retains the domaine's trademark purity and balance in an easy-drinking style. Light in alcohol, crisp and gently fruity, it is an excellent aperitif or partner for seafood, cheese and relaxed drinking.
