Eric Bordelet Poire Authentique 2024 (750ml)

Fresh pear, white flowers and delicate orchard fruit give way to a fine, gently sparkling palate with vibrant acidity and subtle sweetness. Bordelet's Poire Authentique is produced from numerous traditional perry pear varieties grown organically in southern Normandy. Light in alcohol yet beautifully expressive, it combines purity and freshness with a soft mineral character. Elegant enough for an aperitif, but particularly good alongside seafood, soft cheeses and lighter dishes.
