Fresh citrus and ripe orchard fruit—think pear and golden apple—lead with a vibrant, youthful energy, softened by hints of peach. The fruit is wrapped in subtle florals and a touch of pastry from time on lees.

The palate is textured and precise, driven by chalky Aÿ minerality, fine mousse, and balanced acidity. A blend anchored by Pinot Noir, aged in oak from the Argonne forest, it shows gentle spice, depth, and a long, savoury finish. Expressive yet refined, with the signature Giraud richness kept beautifully in check.
