Crafted entirely from 100% Sercial grapes and aged for a minimum of ten years using the traditional canteiro method. Among Madeira's four noble grape varieties, Sercial is the driest, known for its piercing, mouthwatering acidity. The nose bursts with aromas of dried orange peel, blanched almonds, and a hint of sea spray. On the palate, it's crisp and invigorating, offering flavors of walnuts, dried apricot, briny sea notes, and a touch of savory spice.
