Ripe apple, pear, and a touch of maple syrup show on the nose, with hints of cinnamon and brown sugar adding warmth. The fruit feels inviting and well layered, giving it an easy, rounded start.

The palate is smooth and balanced, with notes of candied sugar, soft liquorice, vanilla, and gentle baking spice. Matured using a traditional solera system in American and French oak casks that previously held New Zealand white and red wines, it develops extra depth without losing freshness. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak, spice, and a touch of sweet vanilla.
