Dense blackberry and cassis with graphite, pepper and savoury depth. Powerful but polished, with firm tannins and a long, mineral finish. The second wine of Cos d’Estournel, this is Saint-Estèphe with presence and poise—built for cellaring, but expressive already with a good decant.
