From the warm and generous 2015 Bordeaux vintage, this is a rich, inviting Pauillac with plenty of charm. Ripe blackberry, dark plum and blackcurrant are layered with hints of liquorice, sweet spice and cedar. The palate is supple and rounded, with beautifully integrated tannins, generous fruit and a lingering, savoury finish. A lovely combination of richness and elegance, offering the pedigree of Château Pichon Baron in an approachable, beautifully balanced style.
