Lochlea 'Fallow Edition' Single Malt Whisky (700ml)

A seasonal release inspired by autumn on the Lochlea farm, the ‘Fallow’ 3rd Crop is drawn from a selection of first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, delivering remarkable depth and colour.

The nose opens with baked orchard fruits—apple studded with dried fruits—layered with notes of Medjool date, Manuka honey, and a gentle malted bread warmth. The palate carries a rich, rounded texture, where sherry influence and cereal character intertwine, leading into a long, satisfying finish marked by wood oils, subtle spice, and a lift of cracked peppercorn.
