Dom Pérignon P2 2004 Plénitude Deuxième (750Ml)

Dom Pérignon P2 2004 is vibrant, layered, and incredibly precise. On the nose, it opens with notes of lemon zest, white peach and green almond, followed by hints of chalk, pastry cream, and a gentle touch of spice. Having spent over 15 years on lees before release, this second plénitude (P2) expression brings deeper complexity and intensity to the original vintage, while still holding onto its youthful energy and clarity.

The palate is structured and mineral-driven, with flavours of citrus oil, dried pear, toast and hazelnut unfolding across a tight, elegant frame. The mousse is fine, the acidity firm, and the finish long and savoury, with lingering notes of flint, citrus and saline tension. P2 2004 captures Dom Pérignon at a point of extended evolution — more expressive, more powerful, yet still remarkably refined. A Champagne built to impress now, with the promise of even more to come.
