On the palate, it’s richer and rounder than a London Dry, with sweet spice, floral botanicals, and a subtle honeyed depth from the Old Tom style. What makes this expression unique is its link to noble rot (botrytised) grapes, adding a delicate wine-like character and soft texture. Bottled at 42% ABV, it’s smooth, lightly sweet, and finishes with lingering notes of orange peel and spice. Perfect neat over ice, or in a Martinez where its depth can really shine.
