Noguchi Sake Institute Tasting (27th November 2025)

We’re thrilled to share something truly special. For the first time, the sakes of the Noguchi Sake Institute are arriving in New Zealand — a rare opportunity to experience the work of one of Japan’s most revered breweries.

To celebrate this milestone, we’re hosting an intimate tasting on Friday 28 November, exploring the depth and character of Noguchi’s styles through a guided tasting experience. The evening is inspired by Liz’s recent visit to the brewery, where she spent time with the team and tasted these sakes at their source. She can’t wait to share that insight — and these exceptional bottles — with everyone joining us.
