Quinta do Noval Colheita 2003 (750ml)

Dried fig, raisin and candied citrus give this Colheita a rich, mature character, joined by notes of roasted hazelnut, dark caramel and subtle coffee. Extended ageing in oak has brought considerable complexity while softening the wine’s original fruit intensity.

The palate is concentrated and beautifully rounded, with layers of dried fruit, toffee, walnut and warm spice. Fine acidity keeps the richness in balance, leading to a long, savoury finish with lingering roasted nuts and citrus peel.
