Redbreast 15 builds on the beloved 12-year-old style, delivering a more muscular and textured pure pot still expression. The nose is nutty and aromatic, with roasted almonds, fig, blackberry, oak spice, and dark chocolate depth. The palate is bold but retains a silky, chewy richness, layered with toffee, nougat, and black raspberry. It grips with resinous oak spice and lingers long into a finish of hazelnut, charred oak, and vanilla. Though a touch less immediately approachable than the 12-year-old, this whisky rewards patience with a deep, satisfying complexity that showcases the pure character of Redbreast at its finest.
