The palate is juicy and mouthfilling with bright, energetic acidity that carries the flavours through a clean, lingering finish. Grown in Nelson’s sun-drenched vineyards, this wine was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and vibrancy. A short period on fine lees builds soft texture without weighing down the lively fruit.
