Thomson South Island Peat Single Malt (700ml)

Tobermory 12 is a vibrant, unpeated single malt from the Isle of Mull, matured in American oak casks. The nose reveals bright notes of citrus, fresh herbs, and creamy vanilla, with a subtle maritime hint. On the palate, it’s lively and textured, offering flavours of lemon zest, ripe orchard fruits, and a touch of honeyed malt. Gentle oak spices and a delicate salinity carry through to the finish, which is medium-long and softly drying. A beautifully expressive island malt.
