Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame 2012 Rose (750ml)

This is a rosé that feels vibrant from the first pour, with fresh raspberry, wild strawberry and a lift of citrus leading the way. A subtle floral edge sits alongside hints of red currant and gentle spice, giving it both brightness and depth.

The palate is lively and precise, opening with a crisp, energetic line before settling into a silky, refined texture. Red berry fruit carries through, supported by fine acidity and a light savoury note that adds complexity without weight. The high proportion of Pinot Noir (90%) brings structure and presence, while Chardonnay adds lift and finesse.

Sourced entirely from Grand Cru vineyards and finished with a dosage of 8g/L, this is a rosé that balances power with elegance. A portion of still Pinot Noir deepens the colour and flavour profile, giving the wine its layered, expressive character.
