An enticing bouquet of a light and delicate yet fine autolysis, scent of citrus and white peach with a delicate wet chalk mineral suggestion, bright, youthful and floral. Dry, crisp and salivating with flavours that mirror the bouquet with grapefruit and lemon barley, the lees autolysis remains fine layering a complexity throughout the palate. The mousse is lovely with a youthful taut attack, carrying flavours and texture to a moderately complex finish. A lovely aperitif style with excellent drinking from 2024 through 2030.
