Matured in second-fill ex-bourbon barrels sourced from a mystery Islay distillery (codenamed LA, likely Laphroaig), it offers a distinctive character with an intriguing smokiness reminiscent of old workshops and cured hessian sacks. Sweet barley notes emerge, evolving into creamy vanilla and a gently spiced finish. A compelling fusion of Ardmore’s Highland style and a subtle Islay influence, bottled with Signatory’s meticulous eye for quality.
