Bollinger B16 (750ml)

Bollinger B16 is part of the house’s unique “B Series”, each release shaped by a single harvest and expressing a more contemporary side of Bollinger. Based on the 2016 vintage, it brings together precision and depth, with extended ageing adding refinement and complexity.

It shows citrus, ripe stone fruit, and a touch of bergamot on the nose, with hints of acacia honey and delicate florals adding lift and detail. The fruit feels pure and precise, giving it a refined, quietly confident start.

The palate is silky and composed, with notes of sweet almond and yellow fruit layered over fine bubbles and a gentle richness. There’s a real sense of balance here—nothing overdone, everything in place. The finish is long and delicate, with a clean, lifted feel that lingers nicely.
