Dark plum, black olive and cracked pepper with fine tannins and a savoury, smoky edge. This is powerful, polished Syrah from the Languedoc. Organically farmed and aged in oak, it’s complex and cellar-worthy. Decant it now or hold for a few years to let it evolve.
