Drawn from La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, one of the seven communes that make up the estate’s broad patchwork of parcels, this is Dauvissat’s take on village Chablis with a slightly rounder, fruit-led feel in 2023. The nose leans into fresh lime, green pear and white peach with a faint aniseed edge, and the palate follows through brisk and tidy, giving ripe citrus and apple framed by that classic Chablis mineral cut, finishing dry, clear and lightly saline.
