“Les Tierces” is a single hillside site in La Chapelle-Vaupelteigne, east-facing with a shallow soil over limestone marls, and the old-vine component here brings extra depth to the domaine’s naturally clean style. It starts on lemon zest, white nectarine and a hint of blossom, then runs into a tight, stony palate where citrus and ripe orchard fruit sit over a fine chalky texture, finishing long and linear with a proper saline snap.
