On the palate, flavours of toffee, roasted nuts and molasses are balanced by gentle acidity and a touch of bitter orange peel. Aged for over 30 years in the solera system, this Oloroso-based Sherry finishes long and smooth, with lingering warmth and layered, savoury sweetness.
