Isle of Raasay NZ Single Cask Single Malt (700ml)

An NZ exclusive release from the Raasay team, drawn from unpeated spirit and laid down in a first-fill Chinkapin oak cask — a freshly charred and heavily toasted American white oak that gives up colour and flavour early, with its toasted sugars pushing a natural toffee depth. On the nose it’s straight into sweet toffee and butterscotch with a soft honeyed heather lift, then the palate comes in vivid and warming at natural strength: dark fruits and red currants wrapped around Scottish tablet sweetness, sweet ginger spice and a malty, granary-bread backbone. The finish stays rich and gently drying, leaving honeyed spice, dark fruit and toasted oak lingering long after the sip.
