Created by former Dom Pérignon chef de cave Richard Geoffroy, IWA 5 explores the art of blending through Japanese sake. Assemblage 6 continues this approach, bringing together different components to achieve harmony and depth. The palate is smooth and finely textured, with delicate fruit, gentle umami and refreshing acidity leading to a long, balanced finish.
