The outstanding 2018 Bordeaux vintage delivers a rich, opulent and beautifully textured Les Tourelles de Longueville. Predominantly Merlot, the wine opens with generous aromas of black cherry, ripe plum and blackcurrant, alongside hints of chocolate, tobacco and warming spice. The palate is full and silky, with concentrated dark fruit, fine, harmonious tannins and a lovely freshness that carries through to a long, elegant finish. A wonderfully polished Pauillac, combining the generosity of the vintage with the refinement and structure of Château Pichon Baron.
