Barrel fermented with wild yeast and aged on lees, this Waiheke Island Chardonnay shows complexity and finesse, with notes of brioche, hazelnut, and a touch of flint. 13.5% ABV. Pair it with roast chicken, lobster, or a buttery mushroom risotto.
