A lovely late harvest style, the youthful, vigorous 2023 vintage was hand-harvested when 60 per cent of the grapes were infected with 'noble rot. Bright, light yellow/green, it is scented and vibrant, with concentrated lemon, apple and pear flavours, gentle sweetness, balanced acidity, and a long, very harmonious finish. Already delicious, it's worth cellaring.
