Nous Chardonnay 2023 (750ml)

From a tiny-yielding vintage (just 250g per vine), this Chardonnay captures both precision and quiet power. The nose opens with subtle aromas of white peach, lemon pith, and crushed shell, underpinned by delicate mealy and almond meal notes from time in barrel.

The palate is finely etched — pure and restrained — showing citrus and stone fruit at its core, carried by a fine-boned acid line that gives shape and persistence. The texture is supple yet taut, the oak beautifully integrated, lending gentle savoury nuance without weight.
