Noval 40 Year Old Tawny Port (750ml)

Dried fig, caramelised orange and roasted walnut create a wonderfully complex bouquet, with notes of toffee, coffee and warm spice developing in the glass. Four decades of ageing in oak have softened the fruit and brought remarkable depth, while retaining a lovely sense of freshness.

The palate is silky and concentrated, revealing layers of dried fruit, hazelnut, dark chocolate and delicate wood spice. Bright acidity balances the richness, leading to an exceptionally long, elegant finish. A beautifully mature Tawny that reflects Quinta do Noval’s expertise in long-aged Port.
