Carefully cellared for eight years before re-release, this beautifully mature Central Otago Pinot Noir offers an elegant expression of both time and place. Fragrant wild raspberry and red currant lead the nose, layered with delicate violet, dried thyme and subtle savoury spice.

The palate is refined and beautifully composed, balancing purity of fruit with texture, concentration and impressive length. A fine mineral thread brings freshness and clarity, while silky, age-softened tannins create a graceful, seamless feel through the palate and into the lingering finish.

Drawing character from Central Otago’s distinctive sub-regions, this is a poised and expressive Pinot Noir with wonderful maturity, yet plenty of life ahead.
