The Prophet's Rock Cuvée Aux Antipodes Pinot Noir 2021 opens with pure red berry fruit—wild strawberry, cherry, and a hint of pomegranate—wrapped in fine tannins and bright acidity. It’s elegant, precise, and quietly powerful.

Made by François Millet (formerly of Domaine Comte Georges de Vogüé) in collaboration with Prophet’s Rock, this is a single-site Pinot from Bendigo, Central Otago. Aged in older oak with minimal intervention, it’s layered, age-worthy, and complex, with savoury depth beneath the fruit. Best shared over a long dinner—duck, lamb, or just good company.
